Saash Mo I am smashing it!!! Oct 14, 2010 10:45 AM Good Day Ya'll, I am really sad to admit to this but after my marathon, I completely dropped the ball on my running. Actually, I dropped the ball and let it roll out into the middle of a busy road!! I have gained 20lbs. since my race I just let my life take over; and let's just say it is our job to not let life have its way with us!!! So keeping that in mind I decided to get it together!!! And to take better control of my life and my weight! How I am doing that? I am smashing it !!! I picked up Dr. Ian Smith's Fat Smash Diet and I am seeing results! I will keep you posted on my plan and my progress... So stay posted! Be your Best, Saash Mo Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry®
Saash Mo So no more Happy Meals either... This is distasteful! Oct 12, 2010 12:45 PM Good Day Ya'll, I am not saying that it is true , but the thought alone scares me! I don't usually eat @ McDonald's big people value meals but it looks like their small people stuff is no good either...... http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_upshot/20101012/bs_yblog_upshot/mcdonalds-happy-meal-resists-decomposition-for-six-months -- Sincere Regards, Saash Mo
Saash Mo One and Done...Thanks! Jan 26, 2010 7:55 PM Day 1 is over and I am glad. I mistakenly put too much cayenne pepper in the mix but otherwise the day was not that bad. I got hunger a couple of times but as long as I had the "Lemonade" I was fine. I even went running, just 3 miles, but a run still. The Salt-Water-Flush is very aggressive, so I would advise anyone to give them self time in the let it all out!! (Serious!) -- Regards, Saash Mo
Saash Mo Lemonade anyone?! Jan 25, 2010 7:06 PM Good Day Ya'll , I am starting my yearly cleanse, I normally do the lemonade diet, which is apart of  The Master Cleanse by Stanley Burroughs. How I got started with the cleanse was a couple of years back when a roommates boyfriend did it and I challenged him to the finish. Lets just say he won, but I was every happy with the initial results. The cleanse is not suppose to be for weight lost, that is just an end result. On  the more official medical sites, the lemonade diet is not highly recommended. They are against removing any nutrients and vitamins from your diet even for a short period of time and over use and be very dangerous. I am taking on this cleanse because my body is in need of a restart. I feel my self slowly slipping ( no I have fallen) back into some really bad habits and I need to break any cravings for McDonald's now. There is nothing wrong with eating McDonald's, it just can not be a craving. I also have a dress that I need to look better in. So, tomorrow starts day one. I will tell you about it when I get there. For now, I am going to drink my laxative tea and go to sleep.   10k aka Sash Mo   http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-lemonade-diet-master-cleanse-diet http://www.ehow.com/how_5705096_make-gallon-lemonade-diet.html
Saash Mo Just a little at a time Dec 1, 2009 6:25 PM Good Day Ya'll, I run like crazy and with easy... but my cardiovascular game is weak. I struggle to even get on a stationary exercise machines. So, I made a bold move and got on my most hated apparatus ever.>>(Lions, Tigers, and Bears, OH MY!)>> The Step Climber!!!!! I was able to go 10 minutes on this machine before I almost died of boredom and my legs started to hurt.... So, I challenge you to try a machine in your local gym that you would pass up at any other time, and try to make it to 20 minutes ( At least you can get some benefit out of the ordeal). http://www.fitnessplus.com/servlet/Detail?no=320
